Start Date: ASAP Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 Location: Norwich
We're looking for a dedicated individual to join a supportive team, working closely with a pupil who benefits from a sensory-rich environment and consistent, nurturing support. This is a full-time, term-time only role, ideal for someone seeking meaningful work that makes a real difference.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting a pupil with complex needs in a 1:1 capacityEngaging in sensory-based activities and routinesPromoting emotional regulation and communicationCollaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored supportWe'd love to hear from you if you:
Have experience in SEN, care, early years, or similar settingsAre patient, adaptable, and proactiveCan commit to consistent hours during term timeAre ready to start as soon as possibleAlready have or are willing to obtain an Enhanced DBSThis is a rewarding role in a nurturing school environment where every day brings new learning and connection.
