This full-time, position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students across all Key Stages, providing tailored support, particularly in a core subject area, and helping to shape interventions that enable all learners to achieve their full potential. You will work under the guidance of the SENDCo and Learning Support Manager, collaborating with subject leaders and class teachers to create a learning environment that is both inclusive and aspirational.

* Uphold the safeguarding and welfare of all students in line with statutory guidance.

We are looking for someone who:

* Is committed to inclusive education and passionate about supporting students with special educational needs.

* Has high expectations for student achievement and a strong belief in every learner’s potential.
