About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Class SEND Teacher who will deliver high-quality teaching and tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. You will play a key role in creating personalised learning plans, adapting the curriculum and fostering an inclusive classroom where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students

Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies

Collaborate closely with SENDCo, support staff and parents

Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and families

Promote positive behaviour and social development within the classroom and beyondIdeal Candidate:

Qualified teacher status with experience in SEND education

Strong understanding of SEND legislation, needs, and differentiation strategies

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passionate about inclusive education and student empowerment
