Salary Range: £13.69 - £16 per hour

The Head Teacher is looking to take on a passionate Careers Advisor, on a Long-Term basis until the end of the academic year. The successful Careers Advisor will be supporting learners to understand career opportunities and developing their employability skills. The role will be paramount in helping learners achieve their full potential during and after their college experience.

The successful Careers Advisor will have:

- Level 4 IAG qualification.

- Experience in career planning and development within an educational setting.

- Experience in networking and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies.

- A clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
