Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in care work, health and social care, or a similar support role (training can be provided for the right candidate)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, empathetic approach

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate reliability

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and respect

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of clients and dynamic working environments
