The Role - Behaviour Mentor

We’re seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a well-established SEMH school in Lambeth. The school supports students aged 5-16 who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, often alongside additional challenges such as ADHD, ASD, and behavioural difficulties. The provision offers tailored support to help students re-engage with learning and develop emotional regulation and resilience.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work closely with pupils in small groups and one-to-one settings, helping them manage their emotions, regulate behaviour, and stay focused in lessons. You’ll play a key role in promoting a positive and structured learning environment, supporting academic progress and personal development.

Located in the London Borough of Lambeth, this mixed-gender SEMH school caters to students across KS1 to KS4. Many pupils have experienced disrupted education due to exclusions or unmet SEN needs.
