Behaviour Mentors – Multiple Positions Available – Primary & Secondary – Bexley

Location: Bexley, London

Pay: £100 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Long-term, with potential to become permanent

We are working with a number of schools in Bexley who are seeking experienced and dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join their teams. There are multiple positions available across both primary and secondary schools, offering excellent opportunities for professionals passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.

The Role:

Supporting students with behavioural, social, and emotional needs in a primary or secondary school setting.

*

Working on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to implement tailored strategies and interventions.

*

Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress.

*

Assisting teachers and school staff with behaviour management strategies in the classroom.

*

Promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and positive behaviour.

Requirements:

*

Minimum 2 years’ recent experience working in a behaviour support role, ideally within a school setting.

*

Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.

*

Resilient, patient, and confident approach when dealing with challenging behaviour.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
