Job Description and Responsibilities

Guide SEND students through behaviour hurdles with dynamic, flexible strategies that align with your mental health focus. Entry’s chill with basic quals; it’s about creating positive shifts in a super meaningful way.

Run targeted sessions with games and apps for self-regulation.

Spot triggers and drop proactive support.

Work with teams on bespoke behaviour plans.

Celebrate milestones and track via digital logs.

Build trust through fun, relatable chats.

Job Requirements

*

GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths.

*

Experience in behaviour support or youth mentoring preferred.

*

DBS check mandatory.

*

Training in behaviour management (e.g., Team Teach) or SEND advantageous.

*

Resilience and interpersonal skills.
