A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in South London, specialising in Autism is looking for a Graduate Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with the school's multi-disciplinary team, which includes Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs), to deliver specific interventions to children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), that aim to boost students' language acquisition, helping them develop the communication skills they need to thrive.

About the School:

Located in South London, this specialist school supports pupils aged 4-19 with autism and SLCN. With a multi-disciplinary team of Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, and support staff, the school provides a nurturing, child-centred environment where every child can succeed.

Your Role:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, autism-friendly lessons

Deliver interventions (1:1 and small group)

Help children develop communication, social, and emotional skills

Build positive, trusting relationships with students

Work closely with the therapy and education teams

Promote safeguarding, well-being, and inclusion at all times What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate with an interest in SALT, SEN, or child development

Passionate, caring, and eager to learn

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A compassionate and calm approach

Willing to commit full-time during term-time

Able to travel to South London What You'll Gain:
