Position: Academic Teaching Assistant

Location: Havering

Contract: Full–time, Long–Term Contract

Payscale: 105– 115 per day (Mon–Fri, term–time only)

Role and Responsibilities for an Academic Teaching Assistant:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of studentsCreate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growthUse a variety of strategies and resources to inspire curiosity and facilitate active learningAssess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure student successFoster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning communityQualifications and Requirements for a Academic Teaching Assistant:

1st Class / 2:1 Degree from reputable universityStrong academics across the boardExperience working with Secondary–aged studentsStrong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum and effective teaching practicesExcellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practiceWhy choose this Academic Teaching Assistant role:
