1:1 Teaching Assistant - Daventry, Northamptonshire - September 2025 - Full-Time (8:30am - 3:30pm, Mon-Fri) - Temp to Perm

Are you experienced in supporting pupils with Autism (ASD) and passionate about making a real difference?

A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Daventry is seeking a committed and creative 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in lower Key Stage 2. The role is full-time and offers a fantastic opportunity for long-term development, with potential for a permanent contract.

About the role - 1:1 TA - Daventry, Northamptonshire

Providing one-to-one support for a pupil in lower KS2 with ASD

Using positive behaviour strategies to manage and de-escalate challenges

Collaborating with teaching staff and parents to track and support progress

Delivering creative and engaging learning support tailored to the pupil's needs

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD

Builds strong relationships quickly and naturally

Lives locally to Daventry or can reliably commute

Is patient, flexible, and enthusiastic about inclusive education

Can commit to full-time, term-time hours
