1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Falmouth Are you a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child's education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fantastic primary school in the Falmouth area seeking a 1:1 SEN TA to support a pupil with additional needs.

The Role: Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with special educational needs

Helping them access learning and thrive in the classroom

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and outside professionals

Offering emotional and behavioural support where needed

About You: Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)

A positive, caring, and resilient attitude

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Transferable skills welcome - we'd love to hear from people with backgrounds in care, support work, or similar roles who are passionate about helping children succeed

Able to work well as part of a team
