My name is leah,

I am a registered shiatsu practitioner. 
I am a fully qualified and registered shiatsu practitioner (MRSS) having graduated after three years at the London College of Shiatsu.  In addition to this, I have also studied shiatsu in Tokyo, and am a member of the UK Shiatsu Society.

I offer relaxing Japanese tradition shiatsu therapy in central Southampton,and surrounding areas.

Shiatsu therapy is hands on, yet not intrusive. No acupuncture needles are used.

In the Japanese language, shiatsu means "finger pressure". Shiatsu techniques include massages with fingers, thumbs, elbows, knuckles, feet and palms; acupressure, assisted stretching; and joint manipulation and mobilization.
