Plans4Extensions – Architectural Plans Made Simple
At Plans4Extensions, we specialise in producing professional plans for a wide range of home extensions – including rear, side, and loft conversions – whether single or double-storey. We also provide support for internal alterations and can connect you with a trusted structural engineer for more complex projects involving steelwork or specialised foundations.
All our plans are prepared with full consideration of planning permission and building regulations, ensuring they meet all relevant legislative requirements. They are also designed with construction in mind – ready to hand over to your builder for a smooth transition from concept to build.
With over 15 years of experience delivering architectural and surveying services through our sister company, Dunham Hale Chartered Surveyors, we launched Plans4Extensions in 2024 to offer a dedicated, streamlined service focused entirely on residential planning and design. This new brand represents a collaborative effort between our architectural expertise and our RICS Regulated surveying firm, combining technical knowledge and an understanding of existing building construction techniques and materials with creative design and planning expertise.

Our 5-Stage Architectural Service Process:
1. Free Initial Consultation (No Obligation) – Up to one-hour Zoom call to explore your ideas and objectives.
2. Site Visit & Measurement – A detailed on-site assessment including property dimensions and boundary analysis.
3. Draft Plans for Review – We create your initial plans and discuss any feedback or revisions.
4. Finalised Plans – Your plans are refined and ready for submission.
5. Submission to Planning & Building Control – We handle the process for you where required.
We currently operate from two central locations:
– South Manchester (WA14 1NU) – serving Greater Manchester and Cheshire
– South West London (SW18 4HA) – serving the Greater London area
