I was under time pressure to get my Party Wall Award completed and served in time for the build to start as planned. Jed understood and was highly responsive to getting the survey done and report made, and shared with my other Party Wall Surveyor. Jed went above and beyond in keeping me informed regarding the site visit and following actions. He is warm, friendly and clearly efficient. I am happy to recommend his company.

Jed Berry is beyond professional. His response time is second to none. He will always listen to you and find a time to explain over and over again. He will invest his time and knowledge to resolve the matters in satisfactory manner. He always finds a solution where others fail. I can't recommend enough.

I am so pleased we found Jed at JHA. I posted a job on Bark in a bit of a panic as as soon as we started our building work our neighbour asked us to stop so they could have a survey done, after previously telling us we could go ahead. Jed called me within about 2 minutes of placing the job, and walked me through the options, timings and costs clearly. Speaking to him made me immediately less stressed, and he helped me plan the next steps. As this was urgent, he also explained that he would do everything he could to help us and work as fast as possible so the delay would be minimal. Jed has gone above and beyond, being incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step and doing everything he could to make our lives easier. At one point, this even included him recommending we work with the surveyor our neighbours had appointed, instead of him, as that would keep our costs down. The neighbours wouldn't allow this, but we really appreciated Jed's honesty. He has been a pleasure to work with and has made a very stressful situation much easier to bear, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, especially if your neighbours are particularly challenging. We will absolutely work with him again in the future if the need arises.
