When we were left with a half-finished and poorly done renovation by our previous builders, we felt helpless and didn't know where to turn. We had a great experience with Bernard from Osei Management & Consulting Ltd. Even though we ultimately decided not to proceed, he gave us solid, professional advice and took the time to review our situation in detail. Our case involved filing a claim with the ombudsman, and Bernard was honest in advising that paying for a survey wouldn’t be the best use of our money in this instance—rather than just pushing for a sale. His patience, support, and transparency were truly appreciated. If we ever need a survey in the future, we’d definitely consider working with him again. Extremely happy with Bernard! Once it became apparent that we were going to need a party wall surveyor, I spoke to some surveyors but Bernard without a doubt gave us the best vibe. It was he right choice, Bernard did an excellent job with the award and was always there to answer questions if we needed them. He also took the mantle of dealing with my neighbours for me which was a great relief.. Thank you Bernard!
