Felicity Joy Services helped care for my 22 year old daughter with cerebral palsy as a live in carer when her permanent carer was on maternity leave. She is not only kind and patient but also very professional and adaptable. She learned how to care for my daughter's needs very quickly along with driving her van and making specific foods that my daughter eats. She went above and beyond with deep cleaning her flat and taking her to places she had never visited before. Nothing was too much trouble and I knew she was in safe hands especially when we were away. Very approachable and communication with her was very easy. She responded to emails and texts promptly when dealing with changings in medication and appointments and updating us. We really cannot recommend her enough.

I met Felicity when she came to work overnight to make sure my parents were cared for and safe. I only saw her for 3 nights but this lady was very caring and willing to help in any way. She helped me feel secure while I took a well needed break.
