Description
We provide a combined service which includes architectural drawing, detailed construction drawings, planning permission application, structural calculations and building control application.
We normally cut the consultancy fee up to 40% by combining these services.
Typically, the clients pay for the architect twice and structural engineer again by following traditional Architect and Engineer route.
we provide an all inclusive consultancy package and we take all necessary information from the site once to save money for our customers.
