Manaf is easy to communicate with and knows exactly what needs doing and in what order to get a project ready to start building. I our case, we wanted to make non-material amendments to an existing planning permission on a listed building, and Manafs ideas, knowledge and visual renders were extremely valuable in helping us to make decisions and visualise results. He is a freelancer so rates are reasonable compared to other companies we made enquiries of and as such his attention to detail and level of personal involvement represent good value for money. He is both thorough and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
