Fantastic service provided by Albert. He is knowledgeable but easy to work with and ry nice. He went well above and beyond (even working over the Christmas break) to help ensure our project was not delayed. I will definitely recommend and use his services again.

Excellent service, Albert is a great professional and a pleasure to work with on our project. Present on site when needed, available off site as and when needed, quick turnaround and sticks to agreed timetable for deliverables (reports, calculations etc). Would work again with Megalight in future. Highly recommend!

Highly unprofessional. Agreed 4pm on Sunday, totally based on his proposed times. He messaged on Saturday morning to ask if he could come on Saturday instead. With a family and a business to run, that was clearly not possible. Heard nothing until late on Sunday to say that instead of 4pm, he will arrive after 5.30pm. I messaged him back instantly to ask for a more specific time as the Property is empty, I need travel 30mins to get there and I need to come back in time to put the kids to bed. Again, silence! Didn't show up, didn't message and didn't do the job. Based on this experience, not a reliable person at all.
