We put a ad Thursday pm, got a call within 30mins, Muhammad booked a visit with us for a convenient time on the Saturday, communicated well throughout, he came to our house was very polite, measured what he needed to and then summited our report by Monday. I requested WTS Consulting due to the recommendations on this website. He performed the structural calculations for my extension work and the resulting reports were very detailed in their requirements. This included a quick turnaround on some calculations due to additional work performed during the building work. Would definitely use again.

Mamadou has been extremely professional and proactive throughout our whole experience with trying to develop our home. He identified issues with the previous structural engineers design, gave clear designs and explained what was needed in a compliant, cost effective and not over engineered design. He was brilliant in working with our previous contractor who made it very confusing and unclear about what information they were after in terms of additional structural details. This help has continued throughout the whole process, and after cancelling the contract with our rougue contractor (Tailored Contractors) who we had to cancel the contract with, he has continued to be brilliant in continuing to help find solutions to problems the previous contractor left us with and work with the other tradesman to make this work in order that we can eventually have the extension we have been working towards. I would happily recommend Mamadou to anyone else looking to take on any project.
