Description

I’m a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 10 years’ experience helping people turn their houses into homes that work better for them. Most of my work is with loft conversions, extensions, and wall removals, but I also support new builds and smaller alterations.

How I work:
(1) I send an initial estimate with requests with missing information. Here I will try you and advise if there may be a better system.
(2) You approve the fee
(3) I send completed drawings for your review. 3-5 Working days.
(4) If everything is okay I will send final drawings and calculation for building control submittal.
(5) I invoice only AFTER sending calculations
