Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with — Chelsea Contractors LTD should be ashamed. From start to finish, this was a nightmare. The project was delayed for weeks with excuse after excuse, and when they finally showed up, the workmanship looked like it was done by amateurs. Crooked fittings, unfinished edges, and materials that were clearly the cheapest possible option — nothing matched what we were promised. The communication was beyond unprofessional. Phone calls ignored, emails unanswered, and when I finally managed to speak to someone, the attitude was rude and dismissive, as if I was the problem for expecting basic professionalism. What really makes this worse is the total lack of accountability. Every mistake was blamed on something or someone else, never on them. They took the money quickly enough, but when it came to delivering, they vanished into thin air. Now I’m left with a botched job, extra costs to hire a REAL contractor to fix their mess, and months of wasted time. If you value your home, your money, and your sanity — stay far away from Chelsea Contractors LTD. They’re a textbook example of how a business should NOT be run.

We had structural and decoration work done by Chelsea contractors (partition walls, plastering, new bathroom, plumbing etc). They came within time and budget. Very good experience overall. Nasser is a super responsive project manager who stayed on top of the work, explained each stage of the process to me, responded to concerns and questions within minutes every step of the way. He liaised with the structural engineering team and with building control. Plastering work was top notch and we also had built in cupboards throughout the house of excellent quality. Also I changed my mind a few times over different elements, Nasser was dealing with it without any problem and it still came within the quote. There are always unexpected issues in building work and Nasser and his team were on top of it quickly and efficiently with very professional communication with us.
