Albert was a pleasure to work with, very efficient and very friendly. He discussed the problem with me and explained everything clearly. He ensured I understood the potential cause of the problem and made me feel involved with the solution. As well as a report, I also got a very useful education. Albert would be my first port of call, in the future, for any similar problems.
