They are full of lies and fraud. Must stay away!!! Mr Andrew that he calls himself is scammer. He collects your money before and then starts playing with your project. He sent surveyour and did all the necessary measurements and now left me with the wrong drawings. Refusing to fix the issue and send me the complete drawings. Promised to send me the Invoice beginning before company which he ignored completely and then Delaying work with Eid excuse and his workers are off and then he’s saying he’s off too and contact his office. Mike Taylor in-fact all his people are from Pakistan or India/ Asia and doing job pretending to be white English so they can fool others. Full of Scamms and liars and will I be informing the police soon on their company and their fraud behaviour that scammed me. Takes money and play with you after like frauds . Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution and ensure all agreements, invoices, and deliverables are provided in writing before making payment.

hired 1 Design.build to provide structural drawings and calculations for a load-bearing wall project. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor, and I would urge others to exercise extreme caution. ​The service provided felt automated and lacked the necessary structural consideration required for a project of this nature; the calculations appeared to be simple software outputs without any real professional oversight or site-specific thought. ​My biggest concern is the lack of accountability. After payment, all communication stopped. When I attempted to reach them regarding the documents provided, I received no response to emails. A total disappointment .
