I needed a Structural Engineer urgently specifically with MIStructE credentials as mandated by my Lender. The valuer wanted feedback on a specific finding so the response needed to be timely and accurate both of which Tet dealt with more than adequately. There was a fast turnaround of the detailed structural report provided by Tet so I was able to get my mortgage application back on track. What is worth mentioning above all, I was very pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided by Tet as he kept me abreast of his findings and communication throughout the process. Tet and his firm were absolutely brilliant, Tet went over and above for my project, he did a site visit which was crucial because we are on a slope and he drew up the calculations and drawings professionally and with speed because I had a tight timeline. He is always open to questions, to explaining things (I am an inexperienced person conducting a large project). He was polite, not intimidating and his responses are almost immediate which I have greatly appreciated. I contacted a number of other structural engineers before hiring Tet and Tet was much faster at responding and also he was also happy to answer my background checking questions too which ultimately led to me hiring Tet which was a brilliant decision. Thank you Tet and your firm for helping my project and for answering respectfully my many questions as my project is being constructed. Thank you.
