Hello,
My name is Ciaran. I’m based at The Wisp and basically looking to get fit.
I thought having a work out buddy might be a good start. I’m a total novice so haven’t really got the experience.
We could work together on cardio such as running, and if interested to do weights together. I have a weights at home.
