Description
Fabric upholstered Sofa bed and matching arm chair purchased from DFS.
Both just over six years old.
Chair rarely used.
Sofa bed kept in spare room. Sofa rarely sat upon and fold-out bed never used - mattress still in original plastic packaging bag.
Both in good condition - minor marks from lengthy storage.
Both pieces are quite heavy and would recommend 2-3 people and a decent sized van for collection.
