I have had this lovely very good quality chairs since new bought in 1990 the Mechanism still operates as it did day one its perfect the cover showing use but still clean and has many more years without needing replacement there are two corners to the back of chair that have worn due to the fact it was to close to my living room wall .Being recliner will fit in most hatchback cars easy to take away it has lived in a smoke and pet free home for 35 years thanks for looking British version of the famous Lazy Boy
