New unused condition. Warehouse rejected due to poor packaging. It's not in the boxes any more but has no marks damages or anything wrong with it. New good quality sofa for less than half price!
Real leather on wearing surfaces and faux leather round the sides.

Splits in 3 pieces, also the back is removable for transportation.
