It's really simple to use with two heat sensitive electric buttons, located between the seat cushion and arm support on each side of the sofa, the front one moves the seat forwards to the seated position and the rear one moves the seat backwards into the reclined position.

Each seat reclines independently from the standard seating position all the way to a fully reclined / lying down position, or you can stop anywhere in between.

There's a power cable with three pin plug, that plugs into the wall to power each of seats independently.

The head rests are also fully adjustable from flat to completely upright, as shown in the pics.
