Never Used Christie Tyler Bed Settee - Fire rated - Reasonable Offers accepted

Never used 2-3 seater bed settee with easy lift out and fold out metal sprung bed frame concealed beneath the seat cushions.

My mum and dad had an upstairs room which they thought my brother and I would use to entertain friends (we didn't)!

They bought a good quality bed settee and settee (being sold separately or in a deal as a pair) incase our friends ever stayed over (they didn't!)

As such the settee, seat and back cushions, bed, mattress, etc., have simply sat there in an upstairs room - never used.

I would like to offer 'as new' (as labels haven't been removed) but am offering as 'good' condition solely because of its age.

You might not like the pattern but imagine it recovered!! I have lots more photos and measurements if you are interested.

Buyer collects 'New Malden KT3 4DX' and I/ you will need to carry it down one flight of 14 stairs- but it was able to be carried up so coming down should be easier!

I am open to 'reasonable' offers but if you want unused quality and a sprung bed with never used mattress and cushions please don't make an unreasonable offer.
