Hold a social-care qualification at Level 5 (or higher) or a relevant degree Have area or multi-site management experience in supported living, residential, home-care, or a related field Balance big-picture strategy with razor-sharp attention to detail Can turn data into decisions and inspire teams to deliver results Love continuous improvement and embrace change as an opportunityThe Package:
