The bases are sturdy and made from solid oak. The lower bed frame slides out on wheels and the legs pop up when lifted. Very easy.
These beds were in our spare room and were seldom used so everything is nearly new. We have now moved and they no longer fit in our house.
The beds will need a small amount of putting back together. The legs and headboard plus the wooden slats under the mattress. Again, super easy.
