2 Pair of Victorian French brass 3ft large single bed with new pine bases
This is a fantastic pair of all brass "French" beds from the Victorian era. The beds have a tubular brass frame with the original casters. The beds have a cast frame with the original patented tags no.15436. The beds have new pine base. The beds are 3ft each but can be pushed together to form a 6ft bed. The beds also have a high side/base rail height making them useful for the older generation as well as the younger. Making them ideal for guest or an Airbnb.
This bed takes a standard large single size mattress 90cm x 190cm (3ft x 6ft 3").
Each bed divides into 5 parts: headboard, 2 side rails, tailboard, pine base (the base is screwed together so can be dismantled further, if required).

max. overall length 2030mm.
side rail/base height 440mm.
As with all antique/vintage/used items please remember they are not brand new and will always show signs of age and use, bumps and bruises and minor scuffs, oxidisation, this is generally accepted with antique and used furniture, with the pictures forming part of the description.
