I’ve been a Personal Trainer for many years helping clients with all number of different goals and requirements from losing fat to building strength and muscle and everything in between.
I’ve also a ton of experience training people with a range of health issues including Parkinson’s Disease, chronic joint pain, arthritis and muscle imbalances.

In conjunction with kettlebells and free weights, my clients learn how to also master their own bodyweight through exercises such as press ups, squats, pull ups and even handstands.
The combination of kettlebell training and bodyweight training produces time and again the strongest, leanest and most conditioned gym members around.

Everyone is welcome
You do not need to be an advanced gym goer to feel the benefits of training. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or haven't done a day’s exercise in 40 years, my methods are always tailored first and foremost to your goals and fitness level. Want to build a muscular body, no problem.
Just looking to lose body fat without bulking up, that’s fine too!
Personal Training is personal. You’re the boss, not me.

Working with Mike has changed my approach to training dramatically. No nonsense workouts with really helpful workout and nutrition advice. 2 months in and have no plans on quitting. Would recommend very highly.

Nothing bad to say. I would definitely recommend training with Mike if (like me) you want to learn how to exercise. It's been a real eye-opener the past 5 months with Mike and after years working out, I was able to break through an endless plateau almost immediately in my training. He's also extremely knowledgable in nutrition that has been very helpful in my recent progress of weight loss. Can't recommend him highly enough!
