Role Requirements

Essential Experience

Minimum 4 years working in UK defence surface ships (consultancy or Armed Forces background considered)In–depth knowledge of DSA02–DMR and Def Stan 00–056 safety standardsProven track record in managing and delivering technical safety projects (single or multiple)Experience supporting bids and business development activityStrong communication, professionalism, and client–facing skillsHighly organised, capable of working independently (including remotely)Must be eligible to obtain UK security clearance

Highly Desirable Skills

Experience using safety and risk analysis techniques such as SWIFT, HAZOP, FMECA, FTA, LOPABackground in autonomous platforms and naval technologyClient relationship management & securing enduring contractsExperience leading or managing small teamsDegree qualifiedChartered Engineer or member of a recognised professional institution
