Location: Bristol

About the Role:

We're looking for a driven and detail–oriented Project Scheduler to join our Bristol–based team. You'll play a key role in developing, integrating, and maintaining project schedules across a dynamic portfolio. If you thrive on structure, love working with people, and have a knack for balancing timelines, risks, and resources – we'd love to hear from you.

This is a customer–facing role where your ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders will be just as important as your technical skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop, maintain, and manage resourced, time–phased project schedules across multiple projectsCreate and maintain risk–adjusted schedules and conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by integrating cost, schedule, and scope dataTrack performance, identify delays or deviations, and develop mitigation plansFacilitate baseline change control and produce "what–if" scenariosWork closely with project managers, technical leads, and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against scheduleIntegrate Agile and Waterfall plans into overarching programme schedulesGenerate regular reports and dashboards to support visibility, control, and decision–making

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in project planning/schedulingPractical knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, and baseline change controlProficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or Asta PowerprojectStrong understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and cost estimationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to work with stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressureSC Clearance eligible (or currently cleared) and right to work in the UK

Desirable Qualifications:

Certifications such as PMP, PMI–SP, PRINCE2, or similarExperience working in customer–facing environments or with government/regulated clients
