Day to Day you will be -

Installing of all types of cables (multi-core, single core and co-axial) & electrical systems (junction boxes, fuse panels, consoles, transformers, switches etc.)Cable terminations and installation of all electrical equipmentUsing a range of hand toolsRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

Collaborate with shipbuilding teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of electrical installations

Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

Your skills and experiences:

Modern Apprenticeship certificate, also known as Trade Papers (you will be required to provide papers)Understanding of electrical installation drawingsClear understanding of SHE Risks AwarenessUnderstanding of manufacturing processesMust be comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at heightSafety certification i.e. SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, working at height etcBackground in a major construction / manufacturing environment
