Introduction

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, strategic, and charismatic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. If you're someone who makes smart, data-driven decisions, has a sharp eye for detail, and knows how to juggle priorities like a pro, this could be the perfect fit.

What will I be doing?

Keep projects financially on track by managing subcontractor accounts, reviewing contracts, and making sure valuations are spot on each week.

Support the Commercial Manager and lead the commercial team, helping to drive performance and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Handle client issues with confidence, from resolving disputes to conducting internal audits that keep our processes sharp.

Stay on top of risks by maintaining the commercial risk register and ensuring potential issues are flagged early.

Dig into the numbers from cost analysis to CVRs and find smart ways to reduce costs and boost value across all projects.

What do I need to succeed?

We're after an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage complex subcontract orders and risk. You're a clear communicator, confident leader, and relationship-builder both with clients and your team. If you're great with Excel, skilled at getting key messages across, and hold a degree (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying, we'd love to hear from you.
