Do you have hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP/CRM systems and thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven roles?I am working with a leading chemical and industrial manufacturer- a business known for its innovation, global reach, and technical excellence - to find a skilled individual who can manage complex customer orders, liaise across departments, and ensure smooth delivery of products worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing customer orders from entry to delivery using SAP or similar ERP/CRM systemsCoordinating with production, logistics, and commercial teams to meet delivery timelinesHandling import/export documentation and liaising with freight partnersActing as a key point of contact for customer queries and updatesEnsuring compliance with international trade regulations and internal processes
What I'm Looking For
Proven experience in customer service, order management, or logistics within a manufacturing or industrial settingStrong working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platformsExposure to import/export processes, trade compliance, and international shippingExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsA proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
