Job Title: Administrator / Order Processor

Salary: 26,500

Location: Stevenage

Contract: Permanent, Full time, Monday to Friday: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Managing incoming and outgoing emails efficiently Handling customer enquiries via telephone, including both receiving and making calls Processing orders and maintaining accurate records Working with spreadsheets and general administrative systems Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow Skills & Experience:

Confident using computers and standard office software Experience with Sage (preferred but not essential) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Personal Attributes:
