Coach Operations Administrator & Support

Location: Beverley

Hours: 38 hours per week (including alternate weekends)

On-call: One night per week

Salary: GBP25,194k pa

Holidays: 28 days per year (including bank holidays)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-driven Coach Operations Administrator & Support to join our busy operations team.

This is a varied role combining operational coordination, administration, and financial support ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

Coordinate and process coach bookings in collaboration with clients and internal teams.Provide administrative support to the operations and driver scheduling team.Prepare, check, and distribute driver documentation. Finance & Invoicing

Generate accurate and timely customer invoices.Manage credit control, including chasing outstanding payments.Support with financial reconciliation and other administrative duties as required. Customer Service

Act as a key point of contact for clients, confirming bookings and managing queries or amendments.Deliver a professional and friendly service by phone, email, and face-to-face. On-Call Support

Be available one night per week to handle urgent operational queries or last-minute issues. Working Hours

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Excellent communicator with a professional and approachable manner.Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service.Experience in the transport or logistics sector is desirable but not essential.A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
