Description
We’re now looking for a Group Exercise Operations Assistant to join the pre-opening team at Third Space The Whiteley. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching our newest club, supporting our Group Exercise Manager and helping us deliver outstanding service and operational excellence from day one.
What you’ll do
Support the Group Exercise Manager with the day-to-day running of the department
Deliver group exercise classes in line with Third Space standards and values
Act as the main contact for class instructors, supporting inductions, processes and communication
Manage last-minute cover requests and ensure accurate class attendance reporting
Handle member engagement tasks including NPS follow-up calls and no-show outreach
Ensure studios, workout zones and equipment are maintained to the highest standard
Support in planning and delivering special events, marketing activity and community initiatives
Drive performance by meeting KPIs such as class attendance, operational standards and member satisfaction

What we expect
Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification
Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within fitness, leisure or hospitality
Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills
A passion for group exercise – both teaching and participating
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves group exercise and wants to be part of shaping the launch of Third Space The Whiteley
