Administrator, Birmingham - Hyrbid, 3 months plus, GBP15.56 including holiday pay Your new company
Working for a local council's children's services team in the West Midlands, your role will support administrative activity within their placements team. This role is a hybrid job with two days working in the office in Birmingham, and three days from home.
Your new role
As a business support officer, in this role, you will be responsible for creating service agreements on the system, cross-referencing spreadsheets to identify outstanding invoices due for payment and dealing with financial queries related to invoices.
What you'll need to succeed
This job requires experience of processing invoices and purchase orders, and strong attention to detail due to the nature of the information you are reviewing. The work can be complex, so a good eye for detail and strong organisational skills are necessary. You will be required to complete a data entry test demonstrating your accuracy skills.
