The Role

This is a varied and exciting role where you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth data handling, utility service coordination, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to client and supplier emails within agreed service levels Process and input data accurately and efficiently Validate and action supplier/client reports Handle phone and email queries professionally from clients and utility companies Scan, file, and maintain documents accurately Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office Maintain up-to-date and accurate system records Support wider team activities and train in other departments to enable cross-functional coverBenefits:
