asses the suitability of guests and monitor behaviour in line with policies/legal requirements
Ensuring the venue operates to a safe capacity and crowds are dispersed appropriately
Patrolling the venue and undertaking occasional physical searches of guests when required.

When required for safety of venue and other customers our security remove the subject in a respectful assertive manner. Out guards refuse entry to guests when behaviour/suitability is not in line with in house policies. On occasions, this may require physical intervention
Protection of assets
Reporting and recording details of incidents, searches and patrols. We
are a customer service orientered business , who endeveours to resolve conflict through reducing the risk by finding solutions and identifieing potential risk at source.
