I run two separate businesses - virtual assistant and pet care.

As a virtual assistant I can help you with:
- Diary and to do list management
- Project management
- Managing vendors
- Optimizing, automating and maintaining day to day processes
- Creating and maintaining reports
- Maintaining/updating CRM records
- Managing emails, calendars, meetings
- Managing task allocation
- Invoicing, chasing collections
- Outbound calling, following up on leads
- Proofreading, editing documents
- Document management
- All regular office admin tasks - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Word, data entry
- Software testing, bug reporting, managing issue queues

I have 15+ years experience working for Software as a Service vendors as a Customer Success Manager and IT project manager.

I do not do call monitoring (ie being available all day to take calls). I don’t currently do social media post creation.

Pet Care
Offering daytime solo/group dog walking and dog and cat visiting services within 3 miles of Stanmore HA7 at £20 per hour/ per dog.

I have availability mostly in the morning before 10am or in the afternoon after 3pm.

I have a noon slot available only on Thursday at the moment or the weekend.

I am a previous dog owner. I have experience both walking larger dogs and smaller dogs- labradors, golden retrievers, chow chow, cavachon, cavapoos, jack russells, pomeranians etc.
