Description
Unused box of 500 TIMCo selfdrill drywall zinc plated 3.5mm x 55mm screws.
Self-drilling point to aid fixing plasterboard to wall/ceiling track systems with a max. of 2mm thickness. Partially threaded. Phillips No.2 recess for a positive drive. Bugle head to reduce likelihood of damaging the board surface.
Manufactured to SAE J78-1979 and tested to IFI specification ASTM C1002-89. No.2 drill point. Suitable for piercing upto 2.5mm steel. Surface hardened up to 650 HV to prevent torque shearing under load and a core hardness of up to 400 HV for improved ductility.
Made from C10-18 steel, plated in zinc.
Cost me £15 for the box, new - bargain at this price!
Going spare so may as well go to someone who can use them.
