Beautiful Keilwerth Herbert Couf
Superba II saxophone from 1980 .
Completely serviced with the best quality pads.
It sounds in its entire register from
low to high. The Couf is an ideal horn for pro players looking for a lot of projection and power.
These horns can be pushed very hard. These qualities make them a favourite among the rock and funk pros. With the right mouthpiece they can be excellent jazz players as well.
Herbert Couf visited the Keilwerth
factory to choose a prototype to sell on the American market, suggesting some modifications.
The Toneking was chosen to make
the Superba II model. This model in particular has the accessories of the Superba I, such as the F# and pearls in all the keys, things that could be ordered to the factory as an extra when purchasing it.
